Kylie Jenner (Kim K's Little Sister), Ticketed in L.A.

I think the fame game is getting into her head, even though she is not really a Kardashian but been of the same mother, she thought she could get away with speeding – not in Los Angeles. Kylie Jenna only got her license this year and still getting used to the rules of the road.

The 16-year-old reality star was pulled over by an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy, she was unable to get out of this one, and was ticketed for speeding and looked pretty disturbed by it. Lately, it seems like Kylie is trying to grow up fast, posting a racy photo to her Instagram earlier this week. She is truly borrowing the script from her half sister – Kim Karsashian.
