This has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me, having you read on the blogger (blogspot.com) platform. No! I am not done blogging yet and I don’t see that happening in a long time. I love what I do and having you visit, comment and e-mail makes it all worth it. So, thank you.

I am using this opportunity to announce to you all that – yemioye.blogspot.com is moving to a new platform – dotcom - meaning that all future post would go live on http://www.yemmioye.com/ The website would be open to you all at exactly 11:00PM (GMT) on Thursday 13th day of  March 2014. As a new platform, it will provide you more contents but with better design and the same awesomeness that yemioye is associated with.   

Google blogger was great and I cannot but appreciate all of you for making it a great experience for me – I guarantee you that yemioye.com will be a lot more fun – more opportunity to do some cleaner stuff and I guarantee you that you will love this site.

Issue with BLOGSPOT!

As you may have noticed, for the past two weeks, there are some code issues with the blog, we were also hacked into but we are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as practicable. Our advertisers have been informed, and we feel the need to inform you - the readers/visitors as well.

We are also working out alternative platform/domain/server just in case the issues become unresolvable. A major setback is that the name yemioye.com has been chosen by another ‘company’ and we tried to reach an agreeable term with the ‘owner’ but so far – no deal has been reached. We are looking at several other options and we will be back bigger and better soon.

First Lady, Michelle Obama Is Hilarious on 'Tonight Show'

Michelle Obama’s appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” Thursday was one of the best appearances of any guests on the show – she was not only gorgeous but she was hilarious. In a skit, titled “Ew!” 

Mrs. Obama alongside Jimmy Fallon (the host) and Will Ferrell acted  as teenage girls, with Valley girl accents, having a slumber party. Video after the jump.

50 Cent Leaves Universal Music Group's Interscope Records.

Rapper 50 Cent has decided to become an independent artist leaving his longtime record label, Universal Music Group's Interscope Records, and Eminem's imprint, Shady/Aftermath. He stated that his G-Unit Records have signed a distribution agreement with Caroline, the independent label at Capital Music Group.

50 Cent launched an ultra-successful, six-times platinum debut with "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" in 2003, when he burst on the music scene with Eminem as his mentor. His sophomore album, 2005's "The Massacre," was almost as successful, but other albums didn't match his previous efforts and he expressed his unhappiness with his label. 50 Cent had been planning to release a fifth album on the label, but it was set with multiple release dates and singles, and eventfully didn't see a release.

Joe Simpson Spotted in Miami And LAX With 'Client' Jonathan Keith.

In case you are wondering if this is news, well - Joe Simpson is Jessica Simpson’s dad, he divorced his wife of 35 years Tina amidst claims he was a "closeted" homosexual, he was recently photographed in Miami topless with the 20 something year old male model on Valentine’s day (of all days).

They recently landed at LAX Tuesday - his (56th birthday) - dutifully by the side of his model 'client' Jonathan Keith. He debunked the rumor this way: 'The guy in the pics is my modeling client. He was in Miami taking agency meetings. That's it!!' Simpson tweeted on Tuesday.

Shocking Racist Attack On Immigrant In Glasgow City Centre.

The video you are about to watch will make you sick and even make you think. It is the shocking moment two Scottish thugs attacked an immigrant on the street of Glasgow - Scotland, hurling racist abuse at him and even kicking him. Francis Muir and another man yelled racial slurs at at the Angolan-born performer before aiming punches and kicks at him. 

The entire incident was caught on camera by a BBC documentary crew, filming Scotland show "The Street" in Glasgow city centre's famous Sauchiehall Street. See the video after the jump.

Russia knocked Out Of Winter Olympic Hockey.

If you understand Ice Hockey, you will know that in Russia, it is the most popular sport and so the country’s Olympic team were expected to win the Gold medal at the on-going Winter Olympic hosted by Russia but the Finland team had a different agenda and so, they shocked the “world”

Finland eliminated Russia from the Olympic men’s hockey tournament with a 3-1 victory, putting a stunning end to the Russians’ enormous expectations at home. The Russians scored an early goal and Tuukka Rask made 37 saves as Finland crushed the Russians’ dreams of winning hockey gold in front of their own fans. Russian teams have won eight gold medals in hockey, but none in the last 22 years.
