Islamist sect Boko Haram today bombed several military units near the Maiduguri International Airport, according to several sources. It was reported that over 300 members of the dreaded sects attacked the Airforce base in Maiduguri, in the Northern part of Nigeria.
This is not the first time the sect has been involved in brazen attack on Military or Police installations in the country and has prompted the US government to declare the sects as a Terrorist organization. There is a mandatory curfew in the state as imposed by the Governor of the state. Kashim Shettima.
