There was an evacuation of student and staff at Harvard University's four buildings at the heart of
its centuries-old campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts today. After warning students of
unconfirmed reports that explosives had been planted at the institution - report coming from Reuters/Yahoo Buildings
affected are the Science Center, Thayer, Sever and Emerson Halls. This is a precautionary measure according to the school authority;
students were scheduled to take final exams this week. The school was founded
in 1636, has about 21,000 students.
