Saturday Night Live recently held a "secret" audition for just black actresses as a way of addressing criticism over the it's lack of diversity. It was organized by an 'inside source from SNL' at The Groundlings theater in Los Angles.
One of the actresses, Bresha Webb said she was 'honored' to be one of the 11 black comediennes asked to audition. I personally think that NBC is trying to cover up the embarrassment it suffered for it lack of diversity on one of the network's popular shows.

What is Saturday Night Live?
It a tv program here in America, hosted by celebrities. They make gest of other celebrities etc. the likes of Eddy Murphy, lady gaga and Keri Washington has appeared on the show. Hope this answers your question. PS the show airs every Saturday night on nbc.
