When will these rich rappers learn to live a peaceful life, and enjoy their money?. Rapper 50 Cent could be on the hook – this time for posting the video of a woman having sex without her permission — a move he made as part of a 'rap war' with her ex-lover and his rival, Rick Ross.

Judge in Manhattan refused the rapper's motion to dismiss the case according to court papers. Lastonia Leviston is suing Curtis James Jackson III (aka 50 Cent) for emotional distress after he posted a video of her having sex with Maurice Murray.

Here is why it get really sad -  Leviston is the mother of another Rapper, Rick Ross' child and the video been posted online was see as part of their so called “rap war” with Ross labeling 50 Cent as “Curly.”
