I am not sure what to make of this picture of Chris Brown and his off and on girlfriend - Karrueche Tran. First, he was supposed to be in a rehab - a court-ordered for that matter but, somehow he managed to spend the New Year's Day with his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, who paid a visit to the controversial singer. 

She tweeted out the photo outside of the clinic. Chris had many runs with the law last year alone, and one just hope that he stay out of trouble this year while focusing on his music.
