E-Toll Protest in South Africa.

These are South Africans, protesting recent government "e-toll" system - It is an electronic toll system that was designed to ease traffic in some major cities including Johannesburg and Pretoria, but people are calling the system "highway Robbery" as it cost so much. This remind me of the same issue with Lagos State government's introduction of tolls at Lekk -Aja expressway in Lagos Nigeria, the difference - these South African are actually protesting.
