If you missed it, R&B singer, Brandy was in Abidjan,
Cote d'Ivoire - Africa, few days ago to perform, and she return to the US in time to post pictures
of African children on her instagram page tagged 'Beauty' and ‘Dept’. The problem
is that, these pictures showed kids in tattered clothes on the street,
many of her followers found those pictures offensive and gave her some
history lessons. My questions is, what do you think - if a visitor comes to your
‘home’ and the only ‘beauty’ they see is that of an hungry looking few around you.

I really don't think she means any harm, after all beauty is in the eyes of a beholder. However knowing how horrible African country is being pictured in this part of the world eg United States, we Africans would have a different view about how she is trying to portray our country.
