Dear Readers.
I am writing this letter to ask for help, Olusesan Eweje is in need of kidney transplant. His health has
been slowly deteriorating for the past few months. In the process of healing
from what was diagnosed as common cold, after spending a considerable amount of
money, it was discovered that, his two kidneys have shut down, and has been
diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease, (ESRD).
They gave him two options.

1). Stay on dialysis for the rest of his life, or
End-stage renal disease (ESRD) is the most feared
consequence of kidney disease. ESRD results when kidney function has
deteriorated and is no longer adequate to sustain life, and renal replacement
therapy - dialysis or transplantation - becomes necessary to maintain life.
Conditions that may lead to ESRD include hypertension, diabetes, and fluid in
the kidneys.
Toward the end of last year, we began the testing necessary
to determine if Sesan is eligible for a kidney. After speaking to team of
doctors both in Nigeria and USA, we realize the transplant, after care, and new
medications will be extremely expensive – costing about N7.5 million
It has been estimated that first year cost of a kidney
transplant is $116,100. It is necessary for every transplant recipient to take
several different medicines to keep your body from rejecting or damaging the
new kidney.

Your help would be appreciated, by spreading the word and to donate to save his life, tell your friends, and families, we can raise awareness for this disease and
give my brother – in – law a chance to live normal live.
His determination to face his kidney disease in a positive manner has inspired me to try and do as much as I can to make sure he gets the help and support he needs. You can reach me directly if the need arises at +1-909-446-2082.
